Being a part of the Ketone Conversation™ doesn’t always mean you have to be the one talking, sometimes it means listening! It can be comforting to hear from others that are on the same journey as you, confronting the same problems as you, and finding creative ways to overcome them.
Listening to these three podcasts will give you valuable tips and tricks to getting past those pesky roadblocks on your ketogenic journey!
You may know Dr. Ryan Lowery from his many appearances at Prüvit events, or as the President of the Applied Science and Performance Institute (ASPI) in Tampa, Florida. But what you may not know, is that he has a fantastic podcast covering all things Keto!
Dr. Lowery has always had a passion for science, particularly when it comes to athletic performance. Which is what led him to Ketone Conversation™.
“ I knew I had a passion for optimizing human performance on the baseball field, but I also wanted to take that same passion and ask myself ‘how do I use that to help my family and friends?’” said Dr. Lowery in a podcast with Prüvit CEO Brian Underwood .
Dr. Lowery continues his mission to help others with the podcast What The Fat (WTF) , where he discusses cutting-edge research and speaks with top experts in the field of ketogenic dieting, biohacking, and optimal human performance.
If you type “Keto” into iTunes or Spotify, you will find Fast Keto with Vanessa Spina in the top three results. That’s not by accident.
Spina began her Keto Journey as a biomedical science student, and after earning a degree in Sports Nutrition, she decided to turn her interest in Keto into a career. Over 300 episodes later and going strong, Spina has created a library of knowledge for anyone interested in the Ketone Conversation™.
You can also follow her on Instagram @ ketogenicgirl, where she condenses her long-form conversations into easily digestible (pun intended) memes and infographics.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention our very own CEO’s podcast! 🙌 While not specifically about being Keto, Brian Underwood provides valuable wisdom about staying motivated, pushing through your fears, and most importantly, how to Be You .
Underwood said that the podcast has been a blessing because it’s not easy to stay positive and confident all the time, but through the act of motivating others, he’s also been able to reinforce those positive thoughts within himself and Prüvit.
“Like everything that I do, my goal is to bring value. After 27 years of being an entrepreneur, traveling the globe, and speaking with thousands and thousands of people, I’ve gained a lot of wisdom. So what I want to do with this podcast is share some of that wisdom, some of that value, with you. And hopefully, get you a little bit farther in your journey, a little bit faster,” said Underwood in episode one of his podcast.
